Quotes
All quotations are free unless otherwise stated and are valid for 30 days.
Package prices displayed on this website are based on standard single-storey residential installations. Additional charges may apply depending on property size, access, installation complexity or customer requirements.
Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required before work commences or equipment is ordered.
The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Installation
Installation dates are subject to product availability, weather conditions and site access.
Telecom1 will make every effort to complete works on the scheduled date; however, delays outside our control may occur.
Warranty
Telecom1 provides a 3-Year Workmanship Warranty covering installation workmanship. Equipment supplied is covered by the applicable manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, vandalism, power surges, lightning, flooding, or work carried out by third parties.
Call-Outs
A standard $120 call-out fee may apply for service visits outside warranty coverage or where no fault is found.
Additional labour and replacement parts will be quoted separately where required.
Limitation of Liability
Telecom1 is not responsible for delays, equipment failures caused by manufacturers, internet outages, customer misuse, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
